We cannot recommend London PrimeVets enough! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Drs are both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about animals. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made our furry friend feel comfortable and safe. It’s such a relief to find a clinic we trust completely. Thank you for the wonderful care!

So lucky to have London Prime Vets opened up in the neighbourhood. Great vet Doctors, supporting staff. Clean space. So grateful it is open 7 days a week. My cat needed to be seen urgently at the weekend. We got in and got the treatment on time. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with this vet so far. He was incredibly responsive and clearly very knowledgeable. What really stood out was how thoroughly he explained what the issue was with my cat Miles and the options for treatment, making sure I understood everything. He was also super helpful throughout the whole process and showed genuine care and compassion for animals. It’s reassuring to find a vet who truly cares about the wellbeing of pets. Late evening our puppy chewed a box chewing gums, he didn’t necessarily eat the gums but who knew, all I saw was him with an opened box of wet licked chewing gums. As you might know 1 chewing gum with Xylitol is enough to kill a small dog, I was scared and didn’t want to see my dog dying in front of me. Luckily I remembered that in our neighborhood there’s this new vet clinic opening until 20h. I was greeted by friendly Dagmar who took care of our puppy. Long story short, in 1 hour our puppy was treated and came back home, a bit tired but survived. What’s more, Dagmar even followed up late night to ensure that our puppy is alright, and was on the phone when I suspected something was wrong with our puppy (he’s fine). Well that’s what I call a good work, fantastic place and awesome service! Thank you Dagmar and the team!

London Prime Vets have been simply amazing! They have provided such supportive, quick and reliable care for our puppy. We had to book an emergency visit after our puppy was scratched by a cat in his eye. They saw him immediately on a Sunday afternoon and continued to monitor him over the next week, which was also over the festive period. We couldn’t have asked for more from them and they have gone above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend them more and feel so lucky we registered our puppy with them.
