This isn't our usual vets (though we would be very happy to change for them to be our regular vets) but we have been here on two occassions as they are helpfully open on a Saturday. The first occassion was after our dog unfortunately ate a big avocado pip, and the staff were very friendly and helped us see a vet quickly to help my dog vomit up the avocado pip - she was absolutely fine after this. Our second visit was last weekend, as our dog had seemed lethargic for a while - not her useful hyper self - and had lost her appetite. The vet found some time to see her in between booked consultations, and quickly realised it was an emergency after seeing some blood test results. He and the very helpful receptionist helped find an out of hours emergency veterinary practice that was able to take our dog Bella for a blood transfusion, and we just got her back this morning after her transfusion and two days of hospitalisation. We are very very grateful for Brockwell vets for seeing us, spotting the emergency and helping Bella get the care she needs (as we're scared to think what may have happened otherwise!!)

I’ve used this vets several times over the years and they’ve always been compassionate and will always see an animal very promptly. I have to say the girls in reception are a credit to the practise what sweethearts . I’d like to particularly thank the girl that spoke to a tearful me in the phone this morning and helped me facilitate an injured mouse rescue by giving me all the advice and helped I needed just when I really needed someone to care enough about this tiny baby… all other vets had been cold hearted about the situation and the vet was kind enough to give advice and time too. Thankyou

Our dear Cat Persia 🐈 arrived home this evening having had dental surgery at Brockwell. Will - The Veternary Surgeon who performed the procedure was kind and professional. He gave me detailed feed back after examing Persia before and after the surgery. The receptionists and the team were and are fabulous. Persia was cared for throughout the day. The whole team were courteous and friendly and I can see they have a real concern for their patients and relatives. I want to personally thank the team for such tender loving care of our beloved Persia and for their professionalism. Priscilla, Persia's Sister was treated with more or less the same procedure last year and had a speedy recovery so I'm sure Persia will follow suit. Would highly recommend them. 🐱🐱

Highly recommend! Extremely caring, friendly and responsive team. My dog had her keyhole neutering surgery and was looked after brilliantly. Healed quickly without any issues. Extremely pleased with the service and support. Thank you!

I have been coming to this practice with my cats since Jenny started it which must be 25+ years by now. I have seen lots of changes all good, but one thing has never changed everyone in the practice is kind, empathetic, responsive and incredibly competent. Today they fitted me in with my cat who had gone AWOL at the sight of the cellar door opening, evening before the cat carrier appeared. I missed the appointment but my cat was spotted in my neighbours garden, I grabbed him and they fitted him in . I am so grateful he had a nasty wound and was becoming more unwell. Special thanks to the lovely helpful considerate Veterinary nurse and to Jenny for treating my cat and reassuring me. Geraldine and Yoda ( and Kiko, who did not need you today!)

Super happy with this vet surgery! Jenny is an amazing vet, so is her team. —Jenny gives excellent advice and never pushes unnecessary medications or treatments like my previous vet did. I switched to Brockwell Surgery about a year ago from a big chain based on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. It was definitely the right decision. The whole team is professional and friendly. The ladies at the reception are always warm and welcoming. I highly recommend them!

I brought in our Cat on Monday as he was very unwell. Reception staff were friendly , were empathetic. The female vet who treated him in his last moments was patient and clear in explaining what would happen next. Everything happened so quick and UNFORTUNATELY there was nothing that could be done for our lovely cat and he had to be euthanised. It absolutely broke my heart and I broke down but the vet and reception staff were patient and compassionate towards me. Thank you for everything even though nothing could be done but put him at peace 😢🙁 Thank you for sending us his paw prints in a card it really helped us on our journey as my children were at school and didn’t have a chance to say their last goodbyes. What a lovely message. I will definitely bring in our future pet when we are ready to get a cat. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ♥️ for treating him with the utmost dignity and respect.
